Brian and Corin Mullins mixed up samples of Holy Crap cereal for each of the Dragons to sample on the CBC’s Dragon’s Den episode that aired on November 17, 2010.
What made Boston Pizza CEO, Jim Treliving, quip, “Holy Crap… is this ever good!” and when he finished eating his sample reach for Robert Herjavec’s sample?
Corin Mullins’ samples for the Dragons were 2 tablespoons of Holy Crap cereal mixed with about 4 tablespoons of Vanilla Hempure. Corin and Brian had to wait for a couple of hours before appearing on the set in front of the Dragons so Corin kept stirring in more Vanilla Hempure to the cereal. By the time they appeared on the set two hours later the cereal was smooth and creamy.
Tip: Do you like your Holy Crap cereal to have a creamier texture? Try preparing it the night before and leaving it in the refrigerator. In the morning stir in a bit more liquid before eating.
PS Hemp Pure! is no longer available, however a similar product is Hemp Bliss from Manitoba Harvest.
