Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) plain or vanilla yogurt (divided in 2)
  • 2 Tablespoons (28 g) Holy Crap cereal
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped strawberries

Directions


  1. Layer a glass beginning with yogurt, Holy Crap cereal, yogurt, chopped strawberries
  2. Garnish as desired
  3. To eat, stir to mix cereal with yogurt, wait 5 minutes for cereal to soften before eating

  1. Canadian or American-I’m both. I eat this every day. I also add blueberries. So, guess I’m more red,white and blue LOL

    For a really easy way to make a "parfait" every day, you can sprinkle your cereal on fruit-bottom yogurt and only stir the top layer.

    Is the parfait in the picture really only 1/2c yogurt, 1/2c strawberries and 2tbsp cereal? It looks like a lot more.

      Thanks for the quick parfait tip.
      I know what you mean, the close-up photo does make it appear as if it’s a lot more. Yes, the quantities are correct as depicted in the picture. The glasses are small juice glasses. The teaspoon helps give scale to the picture.
